With the beginning of the Iraq Inquiry we are concerned that there may not be a fair hearing for the former Prime Minister, Tony Blair. We realise that many feel that Mr Blair has questions to answer and we understand this. But never, prior to such an inquiry, has there been such a bad press for any individual on the issues concerned. We are of the opinion that this Inquiry is already a "show trial", and made so by oft-repeated opinion dressed up as "fact". This inquiry is NOT a trial.

What angers me so much is this has turned into the most unbalanced debate against Tony Blair. The anti war mob and the media seem to be on a crusade to prove Tony lied so it doesn’t matter if there were a million Iraq enquiries, they will only accept the one conclusion - that he lied so what is it point?
The publics views are hugely influenced by the media and if the media are only reporting one side of the story then unfortunately that is the side they most people will take.
At least the blair supporters are fighting back.
